Cappadocia
cuisine is largely the heritage of
Anatolian and Turkish cuisine.
Day 01:
Pick up from Kayseri Airport
/ Nevşehir Airport driving to Cappadocia. Hiking
downhill in Rose Valley while exploring some older churches.
Arrive in
Cappadocia Cave
or Boutique Hotel
and overnight. Today also you can make an optional tour.
Day 02:
Depart from the hotel at 09.30-10.00 depending on the
arrival time of the participants and visit the Devrent
Valley where animal-like natural formations like camels
and fair chimneys are abundant. Drive on to Pasabagi
in Zelve area where monks used to live in seclusion in rock
cut rooms. Proceed to the pottery town of Avanos
where Kizilirmak (Hallys), the longest river of Turkey,
meanders leaving the red clay on its banks that has been the
raw material of pottery for centuries. After lunch break
visit to the Pigeon Valley near Uchisar.
Continue on to Open Air Museum in Goreme to visit to
the early Christian churches decorated with unique frescoes
depicting various scenes from the Bible. Shopping time for
the well-known merits of the area. Dinner and overnight in
Cappadocia Cave
or Boutique Hotel. Today also
you can make an optional balloon tour in
the morning before normal day program.
Day 04:
Derinkuyu Underground City walk through amazing
Ihlara Valley. Lunch at Belisirma.
Visit to monasteries at Selimiye. Visit to
13th century Seldjoukian Ağzıkarahan Caravanserai,
you will have dinner and overnight in Cappadocia Cave or
Boutique Hotel.
Breakfast at your
Cappadocia Cave
or Boutique Hotel
and pick up from your hotel to airport for your flight and
hope to see you in Turkey again.

vineyards. Every year in October an International Wine
Festival is held in Urgup, the center of a successful wine
producing region. Several small wineries in Cappadocia
organize this wine tasting event.
