DAY 2 - Sunday
Istanbul (Breakfast, Lunch)
Breakfast at the hotel. Free Day with the possibility of having an optional excursion. Bosphorus and Sultanahmet district Hotel accommodation. OPTIONAL EXCURSION - BOSPHORUS AND SULTANAHMET NEIGHBORHOOD (Full Day excursion with lunch) Departure from the hotel to visit the Egyptian Bazaar (spice market) and then travel by boat through the Bosphorus, the strait that separates Europe from Asia where we can enjoy the great beauty of the forests of Istanbul, its palaces and "Yali" palaces, these wooden palaces built on both coasts.In the afternoon visiting the Sultanahmet district with the Roman Hippodrome square, the Blue Mosque, unique among all the Ottoman mosques to have 6 minarets and the splendid basilica of Saint Sophia of the sixth century. Back to the hotel.
DAY 3 - Monday
Istanbul - Ankara (Breakfast, Dinner)
Breakfast at the hotel. Free morning with possibility to have an optional excursio; Topkapi Palace and Grand Bazaar. OPTIONAL EXCURSION - TOPKAPI PALACE AND GRAND BAZAAR (Half Day without lunch) Departure from the hotel to visit the Palace of Topkapi, residence of the Sultans of the Ottoman Empire, famous for its excellent collection of jewels and porcelains (Harem room with supplement). Continuation for free time in the Grand Bazaar (closed the SunDays and religious festivals), building that houses more than 4000 shops inside. About 14:00 (2 PM) departure by coach to Ankara, passing the intercontinental bridge of Istanbul. Arrival in to the capital of the country. Dinner at the hotel.
DAY 4 - Tuesday
Ankara - Cappadocia (Breakfast, Dinner)
Breakfast at the hotel. Visit to the capital of Turkey with the Museum of Civilizations of Anatolia with exhibition of Paleolithic, Neolithic, Hittite, Phrygian remains etc... and the Mausoleum of Ataturk, dedicated to the founder of the Turkish Republic. Departure for Cappadocia. On the way, visit the underground city of Saratli built by Christian communities to protect themselves from Arab attacks. The underground city preserves stables, common rooms, meeting room and small rooms for families. Arrival in to the Cappadocia hotel. Dinner at thehotel. Departure from the hotel to see the Ceremony of The Dervishes (Sufi dancers) which represents the mystical journey of spiritual ascension of man through love, the search for truth and to arrive to "Perfection". Accommodation in the hotel.
DAY 5 - Wednesday
Cappadocia (Breakfast, Dinner)
OPTIONAL EXCURSION - HOT AIR BALLOON EXCURSION
At dawn, possibility to participate in a hot air balloon excursion, a unique experience, on the rock formations, fairy chimneys, natural formations and lunar landscapes...
Breakfast at the hotel. Day dedicated to the visit of this fantastic region, unique in the world; Goreme Valley, with its troglodyte churches, with paintings of the X and XI centuries; visit to the Troglodyte village of Uçhisar, Paþabag valley, with its most spectacular fairy chimneys of Cappadocia, Derbent valley with its curious natural formations; and time for craft workshops such as carpets and onyx-precious stones. Dinner and accommodation in the hotel. In the evening an optional excursion is offered to attend a show of typical dances of the region.
DAY 6 - Thursday
Cappadocia - Istanbul (Breakfast) (FLIGHT INCLUDED)
Breakfast. Transfer to Kayseri airport and flight to Istanbul (included). Arrival in and transfer to the hotel. Hotel accommodation.
DAY 7 - Friday
Istanbul (Breakfast)
Breakfast at the hotel. Free Day. Accocomodation in the hotel.
DAY 8 - Saturday
Departure from Istanbul (Breakfast)
Breakfast at the hotel. In the combined hour, transfer to the airport and end of our services.
NOTE: In case the Arrival in Istanbul is in Sunday the optional excursion of the 2nd Day mentioned in this itinerary will change for the 7th Day. And the trip would be from Sunday to Sunday.
